About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong background in healthcare and clinical settings. I earned my BSW from Shippensburg University and my MSW from Marywood University, and I am also a Certified Social Worker in Healthcare (C-SWHC) through the NASW. My experience includes working in hospitals, supporting individuals and families through death and dying, and providing care related to substance use, recovery, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I strive to offer a compassionate, client-centered space where individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
I use a solution-focused approach that emphasizes strengths, resilience, and practical steps toward meaningful change. I incorporate narrative therapy to help clients explore and reframe the stories they hold about themselves and their experiences. I also draw from feminist-based therapy, prioritizing collaboration, empowerment, and client voice.
